I have received a request from a student at Loughborough University in the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences currently undertaking an undergraduate dissertation. She is a former England Junior squash player who has reached out to our Club asking for help with her dissertation project.
She needs students from year groups 7 to 11 to answer her online questionnaire. Due to the participants of the study being under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must read the parent information sheet and sign a parent consent form.
If you have a child in the required age group and are prepared to let them participate, will you please sign and return the form so that I can forward it on.
