Are you an avid watcher of ‘Strictly’?
Would you like to learn to partner dance with limited footwork and easy steps?
Modern Jive is fun, energetic, and very sociable.
We are delighted to offer four introductory classes thanks to our debonair club expert Jim Marler.
Usually, the dance involves a male lead and a female follower, so bring along a partner (guests welcome) if you can, if not, it’s not a problem. As Modern Jive is not a fixed partner dance, we will all get a chance to dance with each other.
The introductory classes are designed to get you started and, if there is enough demand, we may have some follow-up classes, or you might want to attend one of the regular dance venues around the area.
Why not come along and try it?
Casual dress and soft, non-marking shoes are needed as we are dancing on a squash court.
