Pool Room

The pool room is now open.

It was closed because, after years of no incidents, there were several within a few weeks. The cloth was ripped in two places, a pool cue was broken in half and people were removing the tips of cues.

It now costs 50p. The coin insertion mechanism works, so there is no need to use a pool cue to push it in.

There is NEVER need to remove the tip of the cue, so please don't, unless you are an experienced pool player.

The cues must be returned to the cue rack, which will be put up in the next few days.

All under 16s MUST be accompanied by an adult.

There must always be at least one member present.

We realise that accidents/mistakes happen. Please report problems/issues to the bar or leave a note in the office.

We now have a system of checking the pool room every evening and every morning. If a problem is found we will then use CCTV to identify who had been playing pool.

Please don't spoil the enjoyment of others, respect each other and our facilities.

Remember you are on CCTV!
Have fun
