Struggling to Stick to Those Resolutions?

Feeling frustrated that despite putting so much effort in it’s so difficult to stick to your health targets? If you’ve ever started a “healthy routine” only to fall off a few weeks later, you’re not alone.

If you want to discover how to make meaningful long-term changes to your diet, exercise or general health join a new 4-week course with sport and exercise psychologist Kathryn Cook.

??Duration: 4 weeks
?Time: 1 hour per week
??Format: In-person group sessions at Duffield Rackets and Fitness
??Who it’s for: Anyone wanting to make long-term changes to their health and wellbeing

Each weekly session is designed to build your skills and confidence in behaviour change with practical activities and guidance throughout.

??Starts: Wed 21st Jan for four consecutive weeks, final session Wed 11th Feb

??Times: Please stick to one time slot throughout the four weeks

Daytime session 11am-12noon

Evening session 7-8pm

??Cost: £40

Over the four weeks, you’ll learn how to:

Understand how the brain forms bad habits and how to break these

Recognise barriers that are holding you back from making change

Build healthy habits that fit your lifestyle

Create routines that last after the course ends

This isn’t about perfection, restriction, or pushing harder. It’s about understanding yourself, your patterns, and making small, powerful changes that add up.
