Subscriptions were due on September 1st.
First of all -
If you have paid your subscription in the last few days, please ignore the rest of this letter.
We have not received your full subscription payment or if you are opting to pay monthly, the September & October payments have not been paid yet.
Mistakes do occur, e.g. sometimes we don't get enough information from the bank to identify a payment. So if you know you have paid your subscription, I would be grateful if you would contact me as a matter of urgency at membership@duffieldsquashclub.co.uk
If you wish to continue your membership, the full annual subscription can be paid to:-

If you wish to pay monthly please pay via GoCardless which is accessed through your Mycourts account - see full instructions below.
If you need help with this, a link can be sent to you , so please ask me.
If you do not wish to continue your membership or are deferring it due to injury or illness perhaps, then an email to me at membership@duffieldsquashclub.co.uk to this effect would be appreciated.
Key fobs and access to the online booking system for those who have not paid, will be deactivated in due course, so to save administration time, a prompt response to this email will be much appreciated.

1] Log in to your MyCourts account as usual
2] Scroll down the column on the left to find "Membership Subscription" - click this link
3] Follow instructions. You will need your bank account number & sort code.
4] You will receive a confirmation email, detailing your payment, when the payment will leave your bank and the further payments up to and including August, confirming the date of the last.
