I hope this email finds you well and that you have weathered the last 18 months or so without too many problems.
Everyone who was a Club member in March 2020, was kept on our "active" list.
This was done so that you could continue to receive Club news, including updates as to when the club could open and when we had to close.
Hopefully you now know that we have been fully open for some months for court and gym use. This includes the newly refurbished changing rooms and of course the bar is open.
The time has come to ask those of you who have not paid subscriptions for this season, which started on September 1st 2021, whether you wish to continue with your membership.
You may feel that you are not quite ready to start using the Club's facilities just yet, but hope to come back in the near future.
If so, an email to me to that effect will be appreciated.
It may be that you know that you will not be back to use the Club for the foreseeable future and again, I will appreciate a note from you to that effect.
It is possible that you have already emailed or talked to me about your membership position, but I hope you understand that I am asking for confirmation with this email.
If you have just forgotten to pay your subs for this year, again just let me know and I can send payment details to you.
Please bear with us if you feel that you have been inundated with emails from the Club, but this past 18 months or more has been an unprecedented time for all of us, so a short note from you re your membership status will be much appreciated.
